Project details

The "Orkhon-Ongi" eco-project to increase the flow of the Ongi River covered the territory of 9 sums of 3 provinces located in the Ongi and Orkhon River basins. Water transfer facilities for the restoration of the Ulaan Lake, the population of the South Gobi mining, heavy industrial area, agriculture and mining industry are comprehensively planned.
Within the  project, the hydrological survey of the Orkhon and Ongi Rivers, water balance calculation, and surface water flow survey were completed.
